Mia Wasikowska at the Independent Spirit Awards!!!

Alice in Wonderland star, Mia Wasikowska, appears at the 2010 Independent Spirit Awards in a Rodarte ensemble, thick black tights, and black pumps. While I beleive this dress is quite original-much like the actress- I also beleive the styling wasn't quite on target. The dress is so airy and light, while the tights however, in contrast, add a definite hardness that takes away from the effortlessly stylish feel of the grey mini. I also think that with some accessories, the look could have portrayed a new sense of youth. A hint of color, some bold mettalic earings, a vibrant lipshade, etc could have brought the look to a new level. Veridt: Love the dress, but the outfit needs some serious style renovations.
